Designed and implemented two database-driven solutions as one of the Lead Engineers in the Production Technology Department: a Knowledge Base customized for tracking issues, troubleshooting efforts, and solutions across video/audio production and engineering workflows, and an Asset Inventory system for managing equipment and components, ensuring readiness for corporate audits. Developed a secure, web-accessible interface to streamline entry, access, and management of both systems, enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration.

Project Lead – Led a comprehensive upgrade of the video production control room for Lake Providence Church (Nashville). Directed the removal of outdated equipment and devices, and spearheaded the design and implementation of a state-of-the-art control room. Oversaw the installation of a new cabling infrastructure, including network, broadcast video, and fiber systems. Delivered a control room capable of video and audio routing to multiple destinations, digital recording, camera installation, remote camera operation, live streaming, computer graphics integration, and seamless directing and technical directing functionalities. Ensured project completion within scope and aligned with the church's media production goals.

Led a comprehensive rebranding initiative for WDAM-TV 7, an NBC affiliate in a local market, encompassing both on-air and off-air elements. Spearheaded the station's first implementation of 3D animation and still image branding, modernizing its visual identity and enhancing audience engagement.

Collaborated on the development of a software utility add-on for Softimage | 3D, a leading 3D modeling and animation application. Contributed scripting code to support seamless interfacing between the utility and the main application. Designed the branding, packaging, and product interface, while assisting in the installation workflow and curating the CD-ROM dataset to ensure user-friendly distribution and installation.

Developed the groundbreaking African American Inventions Series, an interactive multimedia CD-ROM showcasing 12 early inventions by African American inventors from 1845–1980. Featured 3D animated recreations of inventions, inventor biographies, a quiz game, and a complimentary list of over 400 Black inventors. Secured corporate sponsorship from Colgate-Palmolive Company, which distributed the CD-ROM as part of its Black History promotional campaign, further amplifying its educational and cultural impact.
